Anu is an internationally experienced Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant. She uses a blended approach that interweaves Coaching, Performance Consulting, Training and Facilitation for Talent Development within organizations.
She helps executives recognize their passions and supports them in overcoming barriers to reaching their true potential. She has a proven track record of successfully supporting the development of emerging and new leaders on an upward trajectory. A trusted advisor to her clients, she has helped leaders to:

Anu is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She holds a Masters degree in Human Development from Virginia Tech. And, is an alumnus of the Georgetown University Leadership Coaching program and Performance Management program at Cornell University.
She has lived and worked in India, UAE and USA which gives her an ability to recognize and appreciate diverse multicultural environments. Her approach is clear, focused and results oriented. She has both academic and clinical training in coaching and counseling.
